    ·     A recent study has shown that even brief exercise sessions can strengthen your immune system.   ·     This has to do with the generation of white blood cells known as "natural killer" cells.   ·   The study's limitations suggest that further investigation is required.   According to recent studies, exercising for just fifteen minutes can strengthen your immune system .   The results showed that brief physical activity bursts enhance the body's generation of natural killer (NK) cells, a subset of white blood cells that combat malignant and infectious cells. Exercise has been associated with increased blood levels of natural killer (NK) cells in previous studies.
